Does Airbox send emails to other people for me?
By design, Airbox emails the result back to you to review and send — it never sends to arbitrary recipients on its own, so untrusted email content can't trick it into emailing a stranger. It can reply in an existing thread when you ask, and it can email you a clean copy, but you stay in control of anything that goes to a third party.
Does it replace my CRM?
No. Airbox handles the AI-on-email part — qualifying, drafting, following up — and returns results to your inbox. Keep your CRM; you can also connect tools via MCP to push data where it belongs.
