Workflow controls that change how Airbox processes and replies

Syntax

Directives start with ! and can combine with targets and verbs (commands):

!noreply @claude #summarize
#all #reply
!thread #extract

Built-in directives

Directive	Effect
#all	Reply-all: CC the result to everyone on the original thread (To and Cc), not just back to you. Written as #all for readability; !all works too
!noreply	Process the email and log the result, but do not send an email reply
!thread	Include the full quoted thread as context (within size limits)

Reply toggle

Each inbox has an “Email a reply back” setting in the dashboard. When off, Airbox acts silently (like !noreply). The per-email !noreply directive overrides the inbox default for that message.
