To send an email to Google Sheets, connect Google Sheets to Airbox once, then forward the email to your Airbox address. Your own AI reads the message — and any PDF or image attachment — pulls out the fields you want, and appends a clean row to your spreadsheet, then emails you a confirmation. How to set it up
- Create a free Airbox address and connect your AI provider key.
- In Connections, connect Google Sheets with Google and point it at a spreadsheet (ID or URL).
- Forward an email and tell Airbox what to log — e.g. “@sheets append the vendor, date, and total.”
